If you need assistance or want to share your Airtel experience, there are three simple ways to do so:

Call Us:
- For general information regarding schemes, bill plans, VAS information, etc., dial 121 (Chargeable at 50 paisa/3 minutes for agent assistance).
- For complaints or service requests such as provisioning, billing, metering issues, tariff plan allocation, account updates, ISD, STD, roaming activation, VAS deactivation, service termination, and security deposit refund, dial 198 (toll-free).
- For activating or deactivating any Value Added Service, SMS START or STOP to 121.
- If calling from a different number:

Grievance Addressal – Nodal Team:
- If you don’t receive a satisfactory resolution at the customer service center, contact the Nodal Team with your complaint reference number and details of the grievance.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Appellate Authority:
- If the resolution provided for the complaint is not satisfactory, file an appeal with the Appellate Authority.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Include the complaint details (Service Request No) provided by the complaint center.
- File the appeal within 90 days of the expiry of the complaint or request resolution time specified by the complaint center.
- The Appellate Authority will provide a Unique Reference number within 3 days of reporting the issue.
- The Appellate Authority will revert with a resolution within 39 days from the date of filing the appeal.
